Your DOD Patient Safety Program (PSP)is a complete program with the goal of creating a culture ofpatient safety and quality within the Military Health System (MHS). We encourage a systems approach tocreating a safer patient environment; engaging MHS leadership; promoting collaboration across all threeservices; and fostering trust, transparency, teamwork, and communication.
