Our version of pozole made with pasture-raised chicken! Hominy and chicken meet tomatillos and pasilla peppers in this classic Mexican dish. Brightened up with fresh cilantro and plenty of lime, we recommend topping this with radishes, avocado, and sour cream. (Please note this stew has a little heat from some jalapeño pepper).

Ingredients Storage Tips

Pastured Chicken, Hominy, Tomatillos, Pasilla Peppers, Chicken Stock, Lime Juice, Cilantro, Oregano, Jalapeño, Onions, Scallions, Garlic, SaltGluten-Free, Dairy-Free

Keep stew pouch frozen until ready to eat. Stew will stay good in the freezer for approximately 3 months. To defrost: thaw overnight in the fridge or submerge pouch in warm water, then heat stew on the stove or in a bowl in the microwave. DO NOT place pouch directly in the microwave. Once thawed, enjoy within 5 days.
