Brightened up with fresh cilantro and plenty of lime, we recommend topping this with radishes, avocado, and sour cream. (Please note this stew has a little heat from some jalapeño pepper). Keep stew pouch frozen until ready to eat. Stew will stay good in the freezer for approximately 3 months. To defrost: thaw overnight in the fridge or submerge pouch in warm water, then heat stew on the stove or in a bowl in the microwave. DO NOT place pouch directly in the microwave. Once thawed, enjoy within 5 days.
