When is the cut off date for Christmas orders? The cut for orders to arrive before Christmas is the 20th of December. All orders placed after will be shipped before New Years

Can we place orders to be held to ship on a specific date? No, unfortunately due to the volume of orders we cannot hold individual orders.


Orders sent after 5am Wednesday morning may not ship until Monday. Unfortunately our system does not allow us to hold orders to ship on different dates. We ship orders as soon as we can.

What days do you ship?

We ship the puddings Monday- Wednesday so they do not have to sit in a warehouse over the weekend. They should arrive Wednesday through Saturday. At busy times of year please allow 2-4 days to process the order.

Can you explain your peanut allergy program?

The products are baked in a facility where tree nuts or peanuts are present. We take the following steps to avoid cross contamination:

  • Peanut and tree nuts are stored in sealed containers on separate shelving to other ingredients.

  • Our non peanut products are baked before any peanut products during a production day.

  • All surfaces and equipment are cleaned and sterilized to avoid cross contamination before production begins.

  • Bakers uniforms are covered with disposal aprons when peanut products are baked.

Do the puddings need to be refrigerated?

Yes! To get the best shelf life we recommend refrigerating the puddings upon arrival to extend shelf life The dessert is shelf stable for approximately two weeks. This allows us to ship unrefrigerated and save you money. . The puddings can be refrigerated for 8 weeks and they do freeze beautifully for up to 6 months.

How can I heat the puddings?

The puddings are simple to heat – either microwave in the container for 40 seconds (850watts) from the refrigerator, 1 minute from frozen. You can also warm the puddings in a preheated oven – 350F/180 C for 10-15 minutes. The containers are oven proof but place on a baking sheet. Toaster oven heating or using the Broiler setting is not recommended.

How shall I serve my puddings?

After heating, simply turn the pudding out onto a serving dish. You may serve with heavy cream, crème fraiche or ice-cream. If you wish to go an extra step you can make Crème Anglais (hot custard sauce). Some people push the boat out further and add a dash of Baileys.
