I love carrying this Cooling Spray in my purse during the hot, Texan summer months. I love spraying the kids neck, arms and legs as we walk around South Congress enjoying a fun summer afternoon. Around here temps can reach the 100’s, making it unbearable to enjoy the outdoors. The kids are especially susceptible to heat exhaustion – so we make sure to keep them cool and hydrated.

Into the spray bottle add
- 3 drops Peppermint Essential Oil
- 5 drops of Lavender Essential Oil
- 2 tsp of Witch Hazel
- fill the rest of the bottle with water.
- Place the top on the bottle and shake well.
Mix & Shake well before each use. Spritz your body to help keep you cool down. Spray on necks, arms, and legs. Please do not spray the Peppermint on face.
