Ok, no worries. Thanks for letting me know

Did anyone get your Direct Investing statments for April? RBC took over in end of March and we are at early May, but I still don't have any statements. Surely the April statement should be available by now.

No, still waiting impatiently for April statements too - their online reporting isn't showing all the dividends I've received. Asked today via agent for March HSBC statements and got those by secure email - they had a couple transactions in the final days of March that weren't on my final export from HSBC before the conversion.

phone rep says RBC DI statements are usually available after the 5th/6th of the month.
The March statement is under HSBC only (no RBC version); you can also call in to RBC DI to request a PDF version of the HSBC March paper statement that you should have received in the mail.

Logged in just now. There is a message saying my RBCDI statements are available. Again, RBC doesn't have consolidated statement. Also only two of my three accounts (cash, RRSP, TFSA) have statement.
After a month, I learnt that the RBCDI home page does NOT refresh in real time. If you want to know the correct balance, especially cash, click through to the detail page for the account position.
RBC really needs to put their shxt together. HSBC systems may be clunky, but at least they have the basics done right.

Just logged in to pickup my CHQ and SAV statements as i got an email to say they were ready and saw I also had my RBC DI statement too so downloaded that - not a fan of the layout at all.
My RBC DI online is still broken but there was a popup saying that people who held Horizons ETFS before May2nd would be having broken holdings page and they have escalated the issue and in the mean time i can login to the mobile app to view holdings. So at least i know why my webview of holdings is broken.
Anyhow now i have a statement from RBC DI i am transfering out, hope that goes ok.
RBC banking seems to work for me so i can live with it til i get my mortgage renewal dates up, ill be investing eleswhere!

I contacted RBC support and was told if there is no account activity then the monthly statement would be skipped, but the quarterly statement will always be issued.
I was like, WTF, the account was moved from HSBC into RBC. You can't have bigger activity / event than that. Whoever is managing RBC is thinking from their butt.
I told them I insist to have an April statement, for record keeping and to have written confirm the account positions are migrated correctly. Will see what they come back with.

For people in Canada with a free HK premier chequing account, what is the latest about the monthly chequing account fee in HK, if any, after HSBC Canada has merged with RBC? If there will be fees to be charged, what free account options in HK HSBC are there?

Current account (aka chequing) in HK is free for all customers. Charging for account is a Canadian thing.
You may be thinking about Premier status. There was a communication from HSBC HK confirming Premier status will be kept for 5 years.
