Well made product
I just adore my Mainstay's ceramic soap dish. I received the color black and it coordinates with my bathroom color them perfectly. It has some weight to it since it's ceramic material. I would add to make sure it's in a safe location. You definitely don't want to drop this on your toes . I would recommend this Mainstay's ceramic soap dish to anyone.

Great soap dish
This soap dish is cute and functional. It's quite pretty and I love the ivory//white color, too. It goes with my decor and holds the soap well. The soap is able to drain nicely too, thanks to the little rungs in it. All in all it's a great product and it's easy to keep clean as well. Win-win.

Cute and Useful for More than Just Bar Soap
Sometimes I use bar soap but lately I have been using the liquid soap. However, I thought this soap dish would look nice with my countertop color and that it would be useful for holding small items that I frequently use. I was right! I love the contrast of this color with the gray swirls in my counter design. The blue color is very nice, more of a dark blue gray. I use it currently to hold daily eyedrops and earrings. It is very well made.

Nice soap dish
The soap dish has a nice look to it. Perfect size for a full size bar of soap. Perfect size for my counter, easy to clean, the color washed indigo is a really nice blue. Looks great in my grey bathroom. Does catch the water that comes off the soap. It's easy to clean.

Also works as a sponge holder!
This dish is perfect for not only soap but for dish sponges which is what I use it for. It is plain enough to fit in with any decor and easy to wipe down and clean. Would recommend it for anyone looking for something easy to clean and plain enough to fit in with most decor.

Attractive & goes with any color decor bathroom!
This Mainstays Artic White Soap Dish is quite attractive! The artic white color goes well with any color decor bathroom, and measuring 5.5" x 3.5" x 0.75" and weighing 9 oz, this heavy dish is large enough for even the largest bar of soap! Highly recommended!

Fits perfectly in shower niche
I use specialty soaps for my bath which are quite costly. My bathtub is white and I use this soap to prevent any unnecessary loss of soap. This soap dis is white sane as my tub so I can have two or three in the shower niche and it works perfectly. This dish is nice quality and the white color is perfect. It has raised ridges in the dish which prevents the soap from remaining in water when showering. I really like this dish as it fits perfectly in my shower niche.

Simple but useful.
The soap dish is perfect because I have a friend who just gave me some fragranced homemade soap. The soap dish allowed for the large bar to be placed on it with no issue. The slots helped to allow the soap not to sit in any water on the dish. This helped to keep the soap from being soggy and allowed it dry faster after use. It is made of ceramic so there is a need to be careful in the event it falls as it will likely leave lots of pieces. The soap dish os not heavyweight and it's not lightweight. It's the perfect size and weight for the everyday bathroom or washroom and will not take up lots of counter space.

Nice, but missing one thing...
From an aesthetic standpoint, this is a really nice soap dish! The black coloring is deep and rich, and the protective sealant prevents scratches and scuffs. The material itself is also very sturdy and is shaped in a way to prevent breakage or chipping. The ridges on the inside of the dish are helpful for picking up soap and preventing it from sliding off, and the lip on the edge keeps the soap contained. It does have the tendency to pool water on the inside of the dish, but this is easily wiped and cleaned for drying. The only thing I would change is the bottom of the soap dish! The "feet" of the dish are made of ceramic that is particularly slippery on smooth surfaces like a fiberglass bathtub, and I wish there were some rubber to prevent...

Soap dish
I like the weight of this item. It is not cheap plastic although it would be bettercif there was a way to attach it to the tub or sink instead of just lying it on the top. I am using it to put my toothpaste on. Maybe if it had some suction cups on the bottom it would be better but it is heavy so it shouldn't fall.

Black soap holder great sturdy material goes perfectly with my decor from Amazon for my main bathroom love mainstays brand anything they make is always great the soap dish is heavy so I'm sure it's super fragile but the packaging was super Protective and it came really quick

an adorable ceramic soap dish
i use this little ceramic soap dish in my guest bath and use a pump dispenser to try and catch the water and excess soap it could also hold a bar with the ridges. it is very delicate looking obviously breakable because it is ceramic but has held up well for a motnh now. i like how clean it looks with the white good solid basic for household decor.

Contain the goo
I got this cute little grey soap dish to hold my inverted dish liquid bottle and the steel wool soap pad at the kitchen sink. It contains all the goo, keeping my sink clean and shining. Its easy to wipe clean or pop into the dishwasher. Works just as I hoped it would.

Nice and heavy, but no drain
I like the heaviness of the dish. A lot of soap dishes feel very light, so when you put the soap down, it goes flying across the bathroom. You don't have to worry about that with this one. It's a solid dish! The only thing I'd change is to have a drain in it so the water can drip down and the bottom of the dish doesn't fill with water and become problematic for the soap bar

Nice soap dish
Mainstays soap dish is light grey with ridges, it is a nice weigh soap dish and ceramic not plastic. I like this soap dish because it looks nice on the counter and holds the soap well, easy to clean too. It doesn't have non slip bottom but stays put well.

Better than basic
Very nice soap dish. It does an excellent job of containong my soap. The sides are high enough to hold it unlike some other dishes that just have a small slope to the edge and any water that is left behind drains between the ridges so the soap bar isn't sitting in water like it would in a flat bottomed dish. It's also heavy enough to stay in place wirhout being too heavy or bulky. The white is also a very nice shade and doesn't clash with other fixtures or countertops.

Well made soap dish
I found this soap dish to have a Very nice finish and weight.It is made of ceramic, and is free of any imperfections.The black color does require frequent cleaning/rinsing/drying since I use it frequently.This dish is designed for smaller bars of soap. Pictured is a mini bar of soap, perfect for this dish.Overall a nice dish, I wish it would accommodate large bars of soap.A very well made product.

Sturdy even though breakable
I really like this soap dish, especially the color. It is just the slightest bit lighter color than it shows here, I think. It is a large size for the smaller size bars these days. I am quite satisfied with how it looks in my mostly white and gray tiled bathroom!

Great quality and looks nice
I love the simplicity and clean design of this soap dish. It keeps our shower from looking cluttered and soap residue contained. This dish is MUCH better than the wood counterpart—I was thrilled to throw that one away once we received the Mainstays ceramic dish. The wood holder would end up slimy and impossible to keep clean. The ceramic dish on the other hand is a breeze to keep clean and has a classy look to it.

Classy design
Most people use liquid soap nowadays but for old school people like me this dish soap is just perfect. The white color goes with everything in my bathroom. It is heavy and sturdy enough so it won't move from its place. Ridges keep soap dry and the ceramic makes it easy to clean. The only downside is that ceramic breaks if it falls on the floor. It is not kid proof.
