Ayurveda suggests that fruits that are not absolutely sweet should not be mixed with milk. Fruits that have even a little bit of acidic content in them should never be added to milk as they can spoil the milk. For example, you should not mix berries with milk. Even though banana is sweet, you should not mix it with milk as it is heavy for the gut.

Ayurveda strongly stands against eating any fruit after having your meals at any time of the day. The basic reason behind this is that eating fruits can directly disrupt the ongoing digestion of the food eaten. Eating fruits after your meals can lead to fermentation in your stomach affecting your overall digestive health. It can cause acidity, gas, and indigestion.
04/8DON’T: Eating vegetables with fruits
According to Ayurveda one should never eat uncooked food with cooked food. Since fruits are eaten raw unlike vegetables, these two should ideally not be combined or eaten together. Both fruits and vegetables get digested at a different pace so eating them together is not a wise idea

The natural sweetness and flavours of fruits are the most nourishing aspect of them. However, canned juices available in the market often contain artificial sweeteners and preservatives. As per Ayurveda you should have juices within minutes of extracting them. Storing juices makes them lose their nutrition and they also turn acidic.
