Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Creative Officer (CCO) to join our executive team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating compelling marketing videos for product launches at Fortune 500 companies. As the CCO, you will be responsible for driving the creative direction and execution of our national marketing campaigns, ensuring that our product stands out in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute innovative creative strategies for the national launch of our parcel locker, targeting both B2C and B2B markets.
Lead the creative team in producing high-quality marketing videos, images, and other visual content that effectively communicates the benefits and features of our product.
Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure cohesive and impactful messaging across all channels.
Oversee the creation of compelling storytelling that resonates with our target audience and enhances brand awareness.
Manage relationships with external creative agencies and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of creative assets.
Stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate best practices in creative marketing to keep our product at the cutting edge of the parcel delivery industry.
Analyze campaign performance data to continually refine and optimize creative strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
10+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, with a focus on creating marketing videos for product launches at Fortune 500 companies.
Proven ability to develop and execute successful video campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of marketing videos for high-profile product launches.
Must have led the video creation efforts for product launches of national brands or successfully launched new products using outside-the-box marketing viral tactics.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a collaborative and innovative mindset.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and strategies to stakeholders.
