When your whitening trays are ready, we show you how to apply the special gel and insert them into your mouth. We give you some advice for your treatment at home, then it is over to you! All you need to do is wear your trays when it suits you, either overnight or for a shorter time during the day, and watch your teeth getting whiter day by day.

After 2-3 weeks of whitening at home, we invite you to an appointment in our practice and can’t wait to see the results! In some cases, you may have an in-practice whitening session to complete your treatment. You may find they stand out after you have had whitening treatment, so it is sometimes advisable to whiten your teeth before you have a restoration fitted, so it can be made to match. We can also change your dental restorations to fit with your newly whiter smile, at an additional cost.
