Ingredients

4 cupswater for gravy
2½ TbspBetter Than Bouillon® Roasted Beef Base
orBetter Than Bouillon® Roasted Chicken Base
orBetter Than Bouillon® Turkey Base
⅓ cupcorn starch
½ cupcold water for corn starch slurry
⅛ tspground white pepper
For Chicken or Turkey gravy, add ¼ teaspoon poultry seasoning (optional)

Directions

    In a large saucepan, bring 4 cups water to a boil.

    Add whichever Better Than Bouillon Base you want to the water and whisk to combine.

    Reduce heat to medium.

  • 4

    In a small bowl, add cornstarch and cold water, whisk to combine.

  • 5

    Slowly add starch slurry to saucepan, cook and stir until gravy thickens, about 2 minutes. Pepper to taste and serve immediately over your favorite dishes.
