Ingredients
4 cups | water for gravy |
2½ Tbsp | Better Than Bouillon® Roasted Beef Base |
or | Better Than Bouillon® Roasted Chicken Base |
or | Better Than Bouillon® Turkey Base |
⅓ cup | corn starch |
½ cup | cold water for corn starch slurry |
⅛ tsp | ground white pepper |
For Chicken or Turkey gravy, add ¼ teaspoon poultry seasoning (optional) |
Directions

In a large saucepan, bring 4 cups water to a boil.

Add whichever Better Than Bouillon Base you want to the water and whisk to combine.

Reduce heat to medium.

In a small bowl, add cornstarch and cold water, whisk to combine.

Slowly add starch slurry to saucepan, cook and stir until gravy thickens, about 2 minutes. Pepper to taste and serve immediately over your favorite dishes.
