Delicious, nutritious and dairy-free, this easy-to-make tropical smoothie is ultra creamy and velvety smooth, thanks to the rich combination of coconut milk, almond milk and avocado. The pineapple adds some natural sweetness, whilst the ginger and lemon gives it a zingy kick!

Ingredients
Pineapple & Avocado Smoothie (Vegan & GF)
- 1 avocado
- 100g (about ¼) fresh pineapple (or drained canned in juice, not syrup)
- 200ml coconut milk
- 100ml almond milk
- 1 3cm cube fresh ginger, peeled
- 1-2 tblsp lemon juice
How to make Pineapple & Avocado Smoothie (Vegan & GF)
1. Remove avocado stone and scoop out the flesh.
2. Add pineapple, ginger, lemon, almond and coconut milk and mix with a hand blender until a creamy smoothie.
